who we are
This site is run by The Leadership Hub LLC, owned by Shmuel Saklad.
what we collect, and why
Contact form. Your name, email, the topic you pick, and your message. We use it to reply to you.
New Leader Program application. Your name, email, organization, role, time in seat, team size, and your answers to the application questions. We use it to review your application and follow up with you about the program.
Both forms are processed by our host, Netlify, which stores submissions and emails them to us. Netlify may also use basic technical information, such as your IP address, to filter spam.
Bookings. When you book a strategy session, the scheduling is handled by Cal.com. You give Cal.com your name, email, and anything you add to the booking. We receive those booking details so we can hold the session.
Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe through Cal.com. Your card details go directly to Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
what we don’t do
- We don’t sell your information or share it with anyone for marketing.
- We don’t run analytics or advertising trackers on this site, and we don’t set tracking cookies.
- Fonts are served from this site, so loading a page doesn’t send your information to a font provider.
The booking calendar on the booking page is provided by Cal.com and may set cookies needed for scheduling to work. Cal.com’s and Stripe’s own privacy policies apply to what you enter there.
how long we keep it
We keep form submissions and booking records for as long as we need them to respond to you, deliver the service, and keep ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, unless we’re required to keep it (for example, payment records).
