These terms cover your use of this website and the coaching services you book through it. By booking a session, applying for a program, or using the site, you agree to them.
who we are
The Leadership Hub LLC (“we,” “us”) provides leadership coaching, programs, workshops, and speaking, delivered by Shmuel Saklad.
services and prices
Current services and prices are listed on the coaching and organizations pages. Prices can change, but the price shown when you book or agree to a service is the one you pay.
booking and payment
Strategy sessions are booked and paid for through Cal.com, with payment processed by Stripe. Coaching, programs, and workshops are confirmed directly with you before any payment.
rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds
These apply to strategy sessions and 1:1 coaching sessions.
- Cancellations. Cancel more than 24 hours before your session and you’ll get a full refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice aren’t refunded.
- Rescheduling. You can reschedule once at no charge. After that, each reschedule is charged as a new session at the current price.
For the New Leader Program and for workshops, cancellation and refund terms are confirmed in writing when you enroll or book.
what coaching is, and isn’t
Coaching is a conversation about your work and how you lead. It isn’t legal, financial, medical, mental-health, or HR advice, and it isn’t a substitute for any of those. You stay responsible for your own decisions and their results. We can’t guarantee any particular outcome, such as a promotion.
confidentiality
What you share in coaching stays between us, unless you give permission, or the law requires otherwise, or someone’s safety is at risk.
materials
Worksheets, slides, and other materials we share are for your own use (or your organization’s internal use, for workshops). Please don’t resell or republish them.
the website
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it’s provided as-is. Links to other sites, like Cal.com, Stripe, or LinkedIn, are governed by those sites’ own terms.
limits
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.
governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
